Refund and Cancellation Policy

What You Are Buying
JavaJobFit sells a single one-time digital product: the Pro Report for one resume scan, priced at ₹89 (launch offer, regular price ₹299). There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and nothing to cancel later. Payment unlocks the full report for that one scan immediately.
Refunds
Because the Pro Report is generated and delivered instantly at the moment of payment, it cannot be returned, and purchases are generally non-refundable once the report has been unlocked.
We will, however, refund you in full in any of these cases:
- You were charged more than once for the same report. We refund every duplicate charge.
- Your payment succeeded but the report did not unlock. Tell us and we will either unlock it or refund you — your choice.
- A technical failure on our side left you without the report you paid for, for example the report could not be generated or was not viewable.
- You were charged in error for something you did not attempt to buy.
We do not offer refunds because the score was lower than expected, because the suggestions were not what you hoped for, or because a job application was unsuccessful. JavaJobFit gives an ATS-style estimate and improvement suggestions; it does not promise interviews or offers, as set out in our Terms. The free scan shows you the score, the top gaps and the format of the report before you pay, so you can judge whether the full report is worth ₹89 to you.
Cancellation
There is nothing to cancel. This is a one-time purchase, not a plan, so no future payments are ever taken and no cancellation is required.
How to Request a Refund
Email javajobfit@gmail.com with the subject line Refund request and include:
- the email address or UPI reference used for the payment,
- the payment date and amount, and
- your report link or report ID, if you have it.
Please do not include your resume text, job description, card details, UPI PIN, passwords, or any other sensitive information in a refund email — we do not need any of it to process a refund.
Timelines
We respond to refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, after which the time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
Payments and Currency
Payments are processed by Razorpay. JavaJobFit never sees or stores your card number, UPI PIN, or bank credentials. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and charged in INR.
